Houston Community College adjunct professor Sandra Gin has been nominated for a Daytime Emmy for a third consecutive year.
Gin was a producer of the show "Cristina's Court", which ran for three seasons from 2007 through 2009. She won an Emmy for each of the show’s first two seasons in the category of Outstanding Legal/Court show.
The Daytime Emmy Awards Show will be held in Las Vegas at the Hilton Hotel on Sunday, June 27, 2010 and will be televised live on CBS.
Throughout her career, Gin has won and been nominated for a total of 13 Emmy awards, and numerous national and state journalism awards.
She is a Communications/Journalism professor at the HCC-Central campus and in the Broadcast Technology department at the HCC Southwest Stafford Campus.
